Credit and attribution
Each artwork page identifies the creator and image credit. Attribution, even when complete, does not replace permission when permission is required.
Images published on LiveGalerie present their creators’ artworks. Viewing an image does not grant permission to reproduce or reuse it.
Unless a specific artwork page states otherwise, artwork images are published with all rights reserved. Rights belong to the artist or another expressly identified rights holder.
Copying, publishing, adapting, distributing, printing, incorporating the image into a product or communication, and any commercial use require prior permission from the rights holder, subject to exceptions provided by law.

Buying the physical artwork does not automatically transfer reproduction or representation rights. Any transfer of rights must be agreed separately with the rights holder.
LiveGalerie publishes the artwork page and forwards the request to the member presenting the work. LiveGalerie does not grant the artist’s rights and cannot guarantee that a licence will be issued.
The request is sent to the artist or rights holder from the artwork page.
The French Intellectual Property Code governs reproduction and representation of works and distinguishes ownership of the physical object from copyright. This general information is not a substitute for legal advice tailored to your situation.
